At Elite Crown Hair Care, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


📅 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the original shipment date.


✅ Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • All returns must be in resalable condition (no signs of wear, damage, or alteration).

  • Items must not have been opened or tampered with (especially lace, bundles, or wigs).

  • Original tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) must still be intact.

💡 Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been worn or removed from packaging.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened or used hair products


💸 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered by Elite Crown Hair Care.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.

  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.


📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@elitecrownhaircare.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and further instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship your item(s) back to the return address provided.


🔁 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.


🛠 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please request a return and place a new order.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
